The Reset: A Testing-Informed Wellness Retreat

Coastal Wellness Estate, Tofino

Four days on the Pacific coast where your programming is built from your own functional test results — movement, nutrition, and rest, calibrated to your data.

A retreat that starts with your data

Most wellness retreats hand everyone the same plan. The Reset does the opposite: before you arrive, we review functional testing so the four days are shaped around what your body is actually telling us.

Set on the Pacific coast in Tofino, the retreat pairs measured health with genuine rest — coastal walks, restorative movement, chef-prepared meals, and unhurried time to think.

How it works

  1. Before you come — complete intake and (optionally) testing so we can tailor your programming. RHD coordinates appropriate panels; results are reviewed with you.
  2. On the coast — daily sessions calibrated to your results, plus open time to rest and reset.
  3. After — a written, testing-informed plan to take home and share with your provider.

Functional insight complements conventional care. The Reset is a wellness experience, not a medical treatment program; you're encouraged to involve your primary healthcare provider.
