Events, retreats, and registration

Registration for webinars, seminars, and retreats is subject to availability and any event-specific terms (including pricing, deposits, cancellation, and refund policies) communicated at the time of registration. We may modify, reschedule, or cancel an event; where we do, we will communicate the options available to you.

Relationship to testing properties

Real Health Diagnostics is the parent education and authority brand. Test ordering and fulfillment are handled by the individual testing properties, each with its own terms. Real Health Diagnostics acts as an administrative intermediary between client, independent practitioner, and laboratory.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and brand elements on this site are owned by Real Health Diagnostics or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. Submissions you make (such as form messages) must be accurate and your own.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Health Diagnostics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or content. The site and content are provided “as is.”
